Terms of Service

By placing an order with WashMerch (washmerch.com), you agree to these terms. If you're ordering for a business, you confirm you're authorized to bind that business.

Orders & acceptance

Adding items to your cart and paying is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is mispriced, out of stock, or we suspect fraud — and if we've already charged you, we'll refund you in full.

Pricing

Prices are in U.S. dollars and shown on each product page, including the bulk tiers — the price you see is the price you pay, no hidden setup fees on stocked items. Bulk pricing is applied automatically by quantity at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never on an order we've already confirmed. If an obvious pricing error slips through, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order rather than honor a typo.

You're responsible for any applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.

Custom orders & proof approval

Custom items are made to order from the artwork you provide. Our process is built so nothing gets produced before you've seen it:

• You upload your logo or design and place the order.
• We send a digital proof, usually within 1–2 business days.
• Production starts only after you approve the proof. The 3–4 week lead time runs from that approval.

Because we produce to your approved proof, custom orders are final once approvedand are not eligible for return. Review the proof carefully — spelling, placement, and color call-outs are yours to confirm. If we deliver something that doesn't match the proof you approved, we'll remake or refund it. Your artwork and logo rights

When you upload a logo or design, you represent and warrant that you own it or have the right to use it, and that producing it on our products won't infringe anyone's trademark, copyright, or other rights. You grant WashMerch a limited license to reproduce your artwork solely to fulfill your order and any reorders.

You agree to indemnify WashMerchagainst any third-party claim arising from the artwork you supplied. We may decline to produce any design we believe is infringing, unlawful, or hateful, and we'll refund the custom portion if we do.

Product warranty

We warrant that products are free from manufacturing defects and match their description at the time they ship. Defective items are covered as described in our returns policy. Beyond that, products are sold "as is" — promotional towels and fresheners are consumables, and normal wear isn't a defect.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, WashMerchis not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits or lost business — arising from your use of our products or this site. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in the State of Texas, and you consent to that venue.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version that applies to your order is the one posted when you placed it. The current version always shows its date at the top of this page.
